Membership Terms & Conditions

• Initial payment is to be made in cash or check only.
• Memberships are non-transferable and intended solely for the named member(s).
• Monthly memberships require 3-month minimum commitment
• Walking Memberships are available and follow the Single Golfing Membership price structure, excluding cart fees.
• Private cart owners may choose to ride alone, any other player type must pair up when possible.
• Private cart passengers must still pay member guest or member cart fee.
• Cart availability and use remain subject to course rules, weather, maintenance, and operational discretion.
• Membership pricing is FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• The Palms Golf Course reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or deny membership privileges for conduct, policy violations, safety concerns, or any behavior deemed detrimental to course operations or guest experience.
• Membership benefits, rates, and policies may be adjusted at management discretion upon renewal periods and future program updates.
• Membership period begins on the day of purchase unless specified upon purchase.
• Placing a card on file is available, see Jared Wynter for setup.
• Member discounts may not be extended to non-members.
• Membership does not guarantee tee time availability and all reservations remain subject to course policies and operating conditions.
